The challenge

  • To deliver a Taste of London bar presence and then repurpose its set-up for a London Southbank pop-up to;
    • To create awareness of Sanpellegrino’s mixers range.

  • Produce a stylish and appealing Sanpellegrino branded Piazza Bar at Taste of London.
  • Retail Sanpellegrino signature cocktails and soft drinks at Taste of London and a pop-up bar at London Southbank.
