Overview
Since 2017, we have designed and delivered a full instructional and programme framework for an annual EMEA training initiative, continuously evolving the format and content each year to remain engaging and relevant.
The programme blends experiential learning, interactive workshops, gamification, and rich multi-media content to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across diverse EMEA markets.
At its core is a flagship training event, enhanced by dedicated thematic days and celebratory gala dinners with Weber World’s top retail partners. Learning content is tailored to address the specific needs and cultural contexts of each market within the region.
The project has been further elevated through high-profile, premium brand partnerships, including collaborations with prestigious venues such as Le Manoir, reinforcing the quality and aspirational nature of the programme.
The challenge
- To design and deliver engaging, informative and inspirational training on the Weber brand, its new products and sales effectiveness for an audience of key retail partner staff in the UK and Ireland
- Training subsequently rolled-out to the wider EMEA markets.
The solution
- Produce an experiential and immersive learning intervention that doesn’t feel like training.
- Content focus on product knowledge, cooking best practice and sales effectiveness techniques.
- Enable retail partners to become ambassadors for the brand through a deep understanding of Weber’s brand ethos.
