Overview

Since launching in 2017, Weber’s retailer training programme has evolved into a scalable, EMEA-wide initiative, refined and expanded annually to remain engaging, relevant and aligned with the brand’s growth.

We designed and delivered the full programme framework, blending experiential learning, interactive workshops, gamification and rich multi-media content to create an immersive experience that is more than just traditional training.

Content is tailored to the cultural and commercial needs of each market, with premium venue partnerships — including Le Manoir — reinforcing the aspirational nature of the programme. The result is confident, motivated retail teams equipped with deep product knowledge, cooking best practice and sales effectiveness skills, enabling them to act as true ambassadors for the Weber brand across EMEA.
